Shipping
We attempt to ship out all orders received by 11am BST – the same day (depending on stock). Once processed, your order will be confirmed, and we will inform you of the shipping and tracking number.
UK shipments
At present, we only offer shipment to UK residential and commercial addresses. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class with a delivery time of 2 - 7 working days typically.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order reach out to us at julia@rindandroot.com so we can organise a return and refund for you. This offer is available for 30 days after you received your order.
