For one health concern, fairly new or lasting no longer than a few months.
A comprehensive initial session lasting up to 90 minutes. This type of consultation is suitable if you have one health concern to address. Your symptoms would be fairly new or they would have lasted no longer than a few months.
What's included
- A comprehensive initial session lasting up to 90 minutes
- A comprehensive Nutritional and Lifestyle Plan
- Targeted supplements plan
- Recommendation for functional testing (blood tests, nutrigenomics testing etc.), if needed (priced separately)
- Up to 30-minute WhatsApp catch-ups from the beginning of week 4, then every two weeks until the end of the package
- A letter to your GP to request basic blood tests, if required
- Valid for six months from the date of your Initial Consultation
Before we begin
Payment is taken before the initial session, and the appointment is confirmed once funds are received. You will then receive an in-depth questionnaire — including a 3-day food diary — to return at least 48 hours beforehand.
