This package is ideal if you have complex or chronic health conditions and would like to address the root cause of them all to get you back to vitality. It is valid for six months from the date of your Initial Consultation.
What's included
- A comprehensive initial session lasting up to 90 minutes
- A comprehensive Nutritional and Lifestyle Plan
- Targeted supplements plan
- Recommendation for functional testing, if needed (priced separately)
- Up to 30-minute WhatsApp catch-ups from week 4, then every two weeks
- A letter to your GP to request basic blood tests, if required
- Valid for six months from the date of your Initial Consultation
Before we begin
Payment is taken before the initial session, and the appointment is confirmed once funds are received. You will then receive an in-depth questionnaire — including a 3-day food diary — to return at least 48 hours beforehand.
